Variable runway condition and BA winter mos. Snowbank along runway and taxiway edges possible fall, winter, spring mos. Treacherous mountain terrain in close proximity all quadrants of runway. Weather permitting land Runway 13, takeoff Runway 31. Voluntary curfew dusk to dawn. Night landings limited to airpark residents only. Night time landings and takeoffs not advise to pilots unfamiliar with terrain. Wildlife on and in the vicinity of airport. Bird/waterfowl hazard. Runway 13–31 fences, buildings and trees within 150´ north and south of centerline. Airport runway 70,000 lb max GWT aircraft limit, FBO ramp 80,000 lb max single wheel limit, Refuge taxiway 50,000 lb max GWT. Residential taxiways establish their own weight limits and require approval prior to use. Transient traffic must contact the airport manager for information on unique local flying operations before using the airport.
