All aircraft with wingspans greater than 214´ are required to use taxi speeds not greater than 15 mph on Taxiway A, Taxiway L, Taxiway M, and Taxiway SJ. When aircraft with wingspans greater than 214´ are present on the field, all other aircraft must adhere to the taxiway centerline on Taxiway L and Taxiway M, Taxiway E and Taxiway F, and Taxiway SC and Taxiway SJ between Taxiway SG and Taxiway R due to separation between the parallel taxiways. Two aircraft with wingspans greater than 225 foot may not taxi simultaneously on adjacent parallel taxiways Taxiways L/M except west of Taxiway L7 at speeds less than 15 mph. No aircraft with wingspan 226 foot or greater can taxi on Taxiway M between L14 and L16, Taxiway N between P and SC, or Taxiway N between U and K. Aircraft with wingspan greater than 171´ are restricted from using Taxiway V. Aircraft with wingspan greater than 171´ are required to use taxi speeds less than 15 mph when passing aircraft with wingspan greater than 214´ on Taxiway L and Taxiway M (east of Taxiway L7). No aircraft with wingspan greater than 213´ may pass another aircraft with wingspan greater than or equal to 225´ on Taxiway L and Taxiway M east of Taxiway L7. When aircraft with wingspan greater than or equal to 172 foot is present on Taxiway E between Taxiway E13 and approach end Runway 26L, no aircraft with wingspan greater than or equal to 144 foot may be present on echo pad. Aircraft should not execute the acute angled taxiway turn Eastbound to Northbound from Taxiway N to Taxiway J. All runways, touch and go operations, low approaches, and practice instrument approaches not permitted. Preferential runway use in effect, expect to use Runways 08R–26L, 09L–27R for departures; Runways 08L–26R, 09R–27L are used primarily for arrivals. Runway 09L departures can expect intersection departure from M2 with runway remaining 11,440´ (TORA/TODA) and 10,780 (ASDA).
