AIRPORT REMARKS: Unattended. Runway condition not monitored, recommend visual inspection prior to landing. Runway is under construction. Only the east side is usable. There is a 48´ high mound of rocks the length of the runway immediately to the west side of the runway and a 15´ drop off immediately to the east side of the runway. The runway surface has some rocks greater than 3´ in diameter. Due to construction, most of the lighting along the sides of the runway is either damaged or missing. Dip in Runway 2 near PAPI.
