Blimp and hot air balloon activity on and in the vicinity of airport, spring through fall. Displaced threshold Runway 04 544´ turf, 180´ wide. Displaced threshold Runway 22 1319´ turf, 180´ wide. All runways no touch and go landings. Helicopter fly fixed wing trc pattern and altitude. All runways depart straight out to 1200´ before turning. Takeoffs and landings prohibited on Runway 13–31 and Runway 10–28 when aircraft are operating on Runway 4–22. No intersection takeoff on runway 04–22. Contact operations, 908–534–4000, prior to operating on Runway 10–28. Runway 04 approach end 544´ turf, center portion 3735´ asphalt, Runway 22 approach end 1319´ turf. Noticeable bump where runway crosses gravel approach road to VORTAC. Center asphalt portion excellent. Runway 04 and Runway 22 turf portion poor.
