Civil aircraft use caution, heightened security measures in effect on ANG and Army ramps until further notice. Taxiway R and Taxiway E closed indefinitely. Lighted cranes 125´ high at pier 1000´ southeast of Runway 05. 180º turns for aircraft over 12,500 lbs GWT prohibited on Runway 16–34.
