Land uphill to S; +2% up slope from Runway 18 to Runway 36. Runway 36 runway end terrain rises constant rate above runway. Runway 18–36 numerous cracks loose rock. Runway 18–36 markings faded. All paved surfaces 2 foot brush growing from cracks. N turn around loose rock. Do not use tie down area as parallel taxiway, back taxi on runway. Ramp condition poor, ruts, and erosion; use S half. 12 in ruts N half in tie down area.
